Our Story
The Primetime Remodels Difference
Our slogan is “Remodels That Wow”, but we know the only way to do that is by having a “People First” mentality.
We strive to bring that attitude into every project, relationship, and act we perform. From the way we honor your home by doing things right the first time, to the way we treat and communicate with our Homeowners, Crews, and Co-workers, we want to leave a lasting impression.
We have worked in many different industries, but our passion for building and connecting with people has always brought us back to this field. When we started Primetime Remodels, our goal was to give 100% to ensure our clients received the best products we could deliver. Over the years, our skill set and processes have evolved to provide timely, efficient, and high-quality service in all areas.
We are committed to wanting the best for you and will honor your home as if it were our own. We never cut corners and are always honest about what it will take to make your home exactly the way you envision it.
We don’t believe that a remodel has to be a HGTV drama-filled nightmare, and we are on a mission to prove it.

Isaiah Milton, Owner
Isaiah grew up locally in Beaverdale while being homeschooled throughout Highschool where he had many opportunities to learn Carpentry skills. Isaiah always had a nack for learning which helped him obtain the coveted Eagle Scout rank in the Boy Scouts of America. He would use that learning to explore many different career fields in sales, fitness, and construction after highschool. After working as a framer, trim carpenter, tile layer, and remodel project manager, Isaiah decided to start his own remodel company in 2018 and hasn’t looked back since. His love for the people and projects mixed with his systems and constant learning has made a perfect fit for him in the remodeling field. Isaiah has a wife and two daughters under the age of 3. He loves his family, and his primary goal is to make sure his family is always appreciated and feels valued. The company colors stem from his daughter’s love of pink as well as a close friends battle with Metastatic Breast Cancer that passed away in 2024.
